Every plan can pull from all 277 connectors, and we do the connecting: your logins, and a few awkward conversations with whoever owns the ERP. It is not a five-minute job. Pick your plan by how much asking will actually go on, not by the software you happen to run — we do not charge per person, so nobody has to be left off.

Three prices, and no invented numbers to go with them. The caps that go with each plan cover questions, connected systems, dashboards, wall screens, email snapshots and App Builder modules, and we would rather agree yours with you on the call than print a number here and take it back later. You get them in writing before you pay anything. The 30 days are free either way.
Questions about the money
Every plan starts with 30 days free. We spend them connecting your systems and building the data model (all your numbers in one place), and how far we get depends on how fast you can prise the logins out of whoever guards them. The aim is your own numbers on the screen by the end of it, not somebody else's demo data. Then you decide.
One question put to your data through an AI assistant, whether that is Claude, ChatGPT or the Tesylate app itself. Ask why margin dropped in the Leeds depot last month, then ask to see the invoices behind it, and you have spent two. Dashboards and email snapshots render on our servers, so they do not count. Only the asking does.
Because we have not agreed them with you yet. The three prices are fixed and what the plans meter is the asking, so the caps cover questions, connected systems, dashboards, wall screens, email snapshots and App Builder modules. We would rather set yours out on the call, in writing, than print a number here and take it back when it meets a real business. Ask on the demo and we will tell you where the lines sit today.
Yes. Every plan rolls month to month, so you can leave at the end of any month and nobody rings you about the remaining eleven. We would rather keep you because the screen on the wall is still right on a Monday morning.
No. Foundation is £595 plus VAT, so £714 leaves your account each month. Most VAT-registered businesses reclaim the £119 on the next return, which puts the real cost back at £595. Check with whoever does your VAT if you are on the flat rate scheme, where a subscription like this is not reclaimable. If you are not registered, it is £714.
